Job Summary
Design and execute a weekly calendar of creative social programming and premium weekend parties at The Vault, curating unique themes that maximize venue amenities and guest engagement. Serve as the primary brand ambassador on-site from Friday through Sunday, managing physical setups, atmosphere, and live troubleshooting to ensure seamless events while proactively networking with high-profile clientele. Drive ticket sales and attendance through comprehensive marketing plans, corporate outreach to event planners, and managing incoming guest inquiries via phone and email. Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align promotional assets and oversee designated weekday corporate events. Work flexible weekend hours and prioritize multiple projects under pressure in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in event planning, programming, or hospitality
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, outgoing personality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends (Friday through Sunday) and some weekday evenings
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects under pressure
- Ability to remain calm and resolve problems using good judgement in a live event environment
- Ability to work cohesively with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, relationship management)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest and client information
Desired Qualifications
- College coursework in hospitality, marketing, or events
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms
- College degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Existing relationships with corporate and social event planners
- Experience with event ticketing or guest list management platforms
