Job Summary
Coordinate and implement adult-centric activities and events to maximize resident engagement and enhance quality of life. Assist in developing the monthly program calendar with balanced cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities. Procure groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct residents. Actively encourage participation using positive relationships and personalized interactions. Support the Director, Entertainment & Programming by providing medical transportation and managing innovative outings. Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicles. Maintain proficiency in Internet resources and current technology, and hold a valid driver's license with a clean MVR. Requires weekends-only 9AM-3PM schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must be proficient in the use of Internet resources and demonstrate an understanding and use of current technology
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Must be at least 21 years of age with 3 years of driving experience
- Must be available for weekends only 9AM - 3PM
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Desired Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience as a Programming Coordinator (Activities) preferred, but not required
