Job Summary
Coordinate and implement adult-centric activities and events while developing the monthly program calendar to balance cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities. Assist in procuring groups and instructors for residents and actively encourage participation through positive relationships. Support the Director in providing medical transportation and managing innovative outings, including assisting residents with entering and exiting community vehicles. Maintain proficiency in Internet resources and current technology, and hold a valid driver's license with a clean MVR. This full-time role at Spectrum Retirement Communities enhances resident quality of life through purposeful engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be proficient in the use of Internet resources and demonstrate an understanding and use of current technology
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Must be at least 21 years of age with 3 years of driving experience
- Spectrum Retirement Communities strongly encourage all team members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Desired Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience as a Programming Coordinator (Activities) preferred, but not required
