Job Summary
Design and maintain software applications using C#, ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, ADO.NET, SQL, PL/SQL, and Visual Studio. Convert project specifications into logical steps for coding, prepare flowcharts, and develop solutions to business problems. Coordinate with the Government Customer to ensure software meets needs, manage schedule and quality, and troubleshoot systems. Prepare documentation, user manuals, and provide technical assistance to program users. Work independently as a Subject Matter Expert, exercising discretion to resolve significant matters while following the software engineering lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming
- 3 years of additional related experience
- demonstrated proficiency with required computer languages
- basic to good understanding of computer systems including networks, servers, and personal computers
- planning and organizing skills
- ability to work under deadlines
- verbal and written communication skills
- sound working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications, e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Ability to obtain CompTIA Security + Certification within 6 months
- successfully pass the required drug test
- SECRET Security Clearance
