Job Summary
Programmer for BXDA focused on designing, developing, and implementing applications/websites to support in-house processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with end users and team leads to understand requirements, coding and testing applications, performing maintenance and debugging, providing training and support to staff, analyzing data to suggest improvements, gathering/documenting system requirements, and following SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) to deliver code releases, plus providing production support and troubleshooting for existing systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Two years of experience in community work or community-centered activities related to duties described
- Alternative: High school graduation or equivalent with six years of related experience
- Education and/or experience equivalent to the above, with at least one year of experience as described in the first option
