Job Summary

Collaborate with end users and team leads to understand and evaluate business requirements, then design, develop, and implement applications or websites to support in-house business processes. Conduct tests, identify errors, and resolve issues while performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and debugging. Help with software implementations by providing training and support for staff who will operate and maintain the software. Analyze data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes, and gather and document system requirements following Agile or Waterfall methodologies to deliver code releases. Provide production support and maintain existing systems by researching and troubleshooting problems.

Required Qualifications

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
  • Two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above
  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • Six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above
  • At least one year of experience as described in 1 above
