Job Summary
Develop, test, document, and maintain applications, reports, and integrations that support Credit Union operations. Analyze business and technical needs to recommend effective, scalable programming solutions. Write clean, reusable code and support testing, debugging, and code review activities. Partner with IT, vendors, and business teams to deliver projects and system enhancements on time. Maintain strong technical documentation, implementation plans, and project status updates. Support system security, data integrity, recoverability, and compliance throughout the development process. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 1–3 years of experience, proficiency in object-oriented programming, SQL, and web development. Full-time regular shifts Monday through Friday. Hybrid/Remote opportunity for NY, NJ, or PA residents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in place of a degree
- Hands-on experience building solutions with object-oriented programming
- Hands-on experience with web development
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Hands-on experience with code repositories
- Strong problem-solving skills
