Programmer Analyst

Job Summary
Programmer Analyst responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to support operational and business needs. Works closely with cross-functional IT teams and end-users to ensure system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment of applications; analyzing current systems to identify improvements; creating technical specifications and user manuals; performing system testing and UAT support; troubleshooting with infrastructure and support teams; supporting system integration and data connectivity; installing and maintaining applications in production and non-production environments; providing end-user training and contributing to project planning and continuous improvement; ensuring compliance with IT standards and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in application development or system support
- Hands-on experience in web, Windows, or mobile application development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as: C# JavaScript / jQuery HTML5 / CSS Python
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012 or above), including database design and query optimization
- Familiarity with development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio (2017 or above)
- Understanding of system integration concepts, data flow, and application architecture
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, test plans, and user guides
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools
