Job Summary

Champion youth-driven innovation by serving as the vital link between A360 programmes and young people, ensuring authentic youth voice informs all aspects of programme design, implementation, and adaptation. Facilitate meaningful adolescent and youth engagement while harnessing data and insights for adaptive programming that evolves toward more responsive, youth-centred approaches. This entry-level role requires a young professional (aged 21-24) with a BSc./BA in Communication, Sociology, or related fields, alongside NYSC experience in health or development. Candidates must demonstrate basic M&E knowledge, programming skills in youth engagement, and result-oriented behavior. The position offers a six-month to one-year term, focusing on driving continuous learning and economic strengthening initiatives within the health promotion space.

Required Qualifications

  • BSc./BA Communication, Sociology, Economics, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Humanities
  • Training or hands-on experience in a CSO or CBO
  • Ex-Corps member in who served at a reputable NGO
  • Six months to one year post NYSC experience in health or development ecosystem
  • Working in health promotion or youth development space
  • Basic knowledge of M&E
  • Basic programming skills in youth and community engagement
  • ASRH communication, demand generation and linkage to care
  • Economic strengthening initiatives
  • Result-oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Drive for continuous learning
