Job Summary
Define and implement programme-level test and quality strategies across complex change programmes, value streams, and regulatory initiatives. Lead testing execution, manage quality governance, risk, and release readiness, while driving automation, quality engineering, and AI-assisted testing practices. Provide senior stakeholder reporting, manage test resources and budgets, and develop, mentor, and coach leads and analysts. This role requires 40% in-office presence in Edinburgh or Witham and offers a salary of £52,720 to £79,080.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Quality Engineering and Test Strategy
- Ability to define and deliver effective testing approaches
- Strong knowledge of automation, API, performance and security testing practices and methodologies
- Experience managing stakeholders, suppliers and budgets
- Ability to balance priorities and drive successful outcomes
- Track record of leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Right to work in the UK
- Credit and criminal record check
