Job Summary
Lead strategic technical oversight and coordination for A360's SRH, FP, MNCH, and Nutrition portfolio, serving as the primary technical advisor to federal and state government partners. Strengthen health systems, improve quality of care, build sustainable capacity, and advance evidence-based practices across the reproductive, maternal, newborn, child health, and nutrition continuum. Drive program quality and government ownership through deep clinical expertise, stakeholder management, and systems thinking. Requires a clinician with 12+ years as a Nurse/Midwife or 9+ years as a Medical Doctor in reproductive health.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife qualification
- 12+ years progressive experience in reproductive health programming
- Medical Doctor (MBBS or equivalent)
- 9+ years specialised experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, or Family Medicine
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in public health, Maternal and Child Health, Nursing, Midwifery, or related field
