Job Summary

Conduct state-level implementation planning and execution across all LGAs in coordination with reproductive health coordinators. Provide technical assistance to state and LGA health teams, stakeholders, and partners on family planning and RMNCAEH+H services. Lead health facility and provider assessments, then deliver supportive supervisory visits and on-the-job coaching to LGA supervisors to ensure technical competency and quality of care standards. Engage with state technical working groups to promote service integration and year-round product availability, while supporting policy engagements to institutionalize family planning solutions into the state response.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Nursing/Midwifery, Pharmacist, Medical Doctor and any other health-related field
  • At least 5 years' experience Post-NYSC of supporting women to initiate and continue family planning, especially injectables and other STM with strong mobilisation and promotional skills
  • Significant knowledge of FP in Nigeria
  • Must possess a flair for women's reproductive health in Nigeria
  • Good knowledge of critical stakeholders
  • Report writing and data interpretation skills
  • Supervisory and mentoring skills
  • High level of integrity

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in health system strengthening, monitoring and evaluation will be an added advantage
