Programme Policy Officer (Home Grown School Feeding - HGSF),SC9

Provide support to policy and programme activities that effectively meet food assistance needs; contribute to the development of a wide variety of projects, plans and processes ensuring alignment with wider programme policies and guidance; provide project management support to programmes and projects of considerable size/complexity; develop and coordinate data gathering and monitoring systems with rigorous quality standards; oversee enhanced monitoring, evaluation and accountability systems for school feeding; research and analyze policy and operational issues to inform policy development; design and coordinate research and evaluation assignments; lead preparation of accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders, including donors; liaise with internal and external counterparts to ensure effective collaboration and manage risks to project delivery; support identification, development and management of partnerships for improved food assistance; support knowledge management of Rwanda school feeding experiences; contribute to capacity building of staff and partners; guide and supervise more junior staff; perform other related duties as required.
