Job Summary

Support partner organizations across the full project cycle, including applications, budgeting, planning, reporting, and continuous guidance. Lead and monitor the Women, Peace and Security program implementation to ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, and organizational strategies. Conduct regular monitoring through visits and remote follow-ups, identifying challenges and coordinating solutions with leadership. Facilitate partner capacity development through experience exchanges, networking, and training activities. Prepare regular program implementation reports and political development analyses for donors and stakeholders. Coordinate and collaborate with civil society, INGOs, UN agencies, and donors on WPS initiatives while supporting logistical arrangements for project activities.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Rights, Gender Studies, Social Sciences or another relevant field, or a minimum of seven years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience working with Women, Peace and Security (WPS) programming
  • Demonstrated experience leading advocacy campaigns and/or managing advocacy-focused projects
  • At least five years of professional experience designing, managing and delivering development or human rights projects
  • Solid experience in project cycle management, including planning, monitoring and evaluation
  • Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability and willingness to travel as required for the role

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience in partnership-building roles
