Job Summary
Lead the delivery of complex projects and sub-programmes within the Supply Chain Modernisation initiative, ensuring alignment to programme objectives and successful integration across people, process, data, and technology. Drive delivery against time, quality, and cost while maintaining consistent control across multiple workstreams. Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, developing and escalating appropriate mitigation plans. This role supports the NHS in sourcing and delivering healthcare products and services across England and Wales during a period of complex transformation. Hybrid working is expected with two days per week on site at the Nottingham office.
Required Qualifications
- Recognised programme or project management qualification (e.g. MSP Foundation/Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ or equivalent)
- Significant experience delivering large-scale projects, programmes or business transformation initiatives
- Experience managing multiple interdependent projects and workstreams within a structured delivery framework
- Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
- Hybrid working opportunities, giving you the flexibility to work collaboratively in the office and remotely
- Location: Hybrid Worker – Expectation is two days per week on site at our Nottingham office
