Job Summary
Programme Manager responsible for coordinating and overseeing a set of related projects to deliver outcomes aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives. Manage programme tranches, lead integration across projects, monitor performance against milestones and costs, manage risk and ensure compliance with standards, drive process improvements, and mentor the programme team. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and frequent travel; ideally 7+ years in programme/project management with aerospace exposure and membership in professional bodies (APM/PMI).
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in the management of programmes/projects of increasing complexity
- Proven track record in delivering change through programme management
- Ideally a member of a professional body (APM, PMI)
- Experience across all stages of a programme lifecycle and delivery of one or more stages on aerospace products
- Experience in cross-functional IPT teams and dealing with ambiguity in highly complex environments
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
- Frequent travel is expected
- English and Chinese language skills are preferred
