Programme Manager - Merivale (Selwyn House)

Deliver and support a variety of activities including arts & crafts, sports, games, cooking, and creative play while supervising children to ensure their safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment. Use positive behaviour guidance to support children with different needs and build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and school staff. Support or lead the day-to-day running of the programme, ensuring smooth operations from set-up through to pack-down, and guide team members to deliver a high-quality experience. Work Monday to Friday with minimum contracted hours of 15, with availability from 2:30pm essential; holiday programme hours may be available.
