Job Summary
The Programme Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and programmes within the Business Change Delivery team, focusing on areas such as strategy development, regulatory change, and technology-enabled change. Essential skills include strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex project environments. Candidates must hold a recognized project management qualification and have a minimum of seven years' experience in project delivery. The role involves coaching others, managing resources, and developing operating models to ensure effective transition to business-as-usual.
Required Qualifications
- A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE 2 Practitioner or APM equivalent)
- At least seven years’ experience leading projects or programmes in a project environment

- Prior legal services or professional services experience
- Demonstrated continuing professional development in project management
