Job Summary
Lead the delivery of the £10.1m Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) programme in Lancashire, providing strategic leadership, governance, planning and disciplined performance management. Manage a skilled team delivering EV infrastructure, liaising with Members, partner agencies and stakeholders, and adapting to political sensitivity as Local Government Reorganisation continues. Drive collaboration across organisations, ensure value-for-money, and oversee contract management and financial oversight within a public-sector context.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in programme and project management, ideally within transport, infrastructure or capital delivery
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale capital programmes against challenging objectives and budgets
- Experience of contract management and financial oversight in complex environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience of working in or alongside the public sector, including engagement with elected members or politically sensitive environments
