Job Summary

Programme Manager for the Data Platform transformation, responsible for shaping and delivering the data capability roadmap, aligning cross-organisational initiatives, and driving data-driven transformation. You will work with the Director of Data Enablement and Platform teams to define programme OKRs, run steering sessions, manage risks and dependencies, create artefacts communicating roadmaps and progress, mentor project management and analytics colleagues, and foster collaboration and empowerment across teams. The role involves coordinating with global offices (London, Berlin, Heidelberg), participating in technical discussions, and enabling teams to deliver effectively while maintaining a balance between strategic direction and hands-on programme delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of planning, delivering and monitoring programmes as a Programme Manager, Delivery Lead or equivalent
  • Experience driving delivery in agile and hybrid environments
  • Experience mentoring agile Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to define and manage OKRs, roadmaps, risks and dependencies
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with continuous delivery or frequent release cadences (benefits)
  • Line management experience (preferred)
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and drive decisions
