Job Summary
Plan, execute, and manage programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and intended business value. Oversee multiple projects, coordinating prioritization, resource allocation, and governance structures to meet risk mitigation and reporting requirements. Develop detailed program plans, budgets, and schedules while collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams for seamless deliverable execution. Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress and challenges. Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency within the program delivery framework.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Solid experience in program/project management roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in line management
- Strong knowledge of project management software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive results
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
