Job Summary
Lead the successful delivery of global, multi-country programmes by owning end-to-end delivery across multiple countries, teams, and workstreams. Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Programme Consultants and Project Managers, to drive governance and keep complex programmes on track. Manage programme planning, RAID logs, and dependencies while removing barriers to ensure delivery stays aligned across regions. Operate within a matrixed organization, providing clear reporting and communication throughout the programme lifecycle. Based in the UK or Ireland with flexible work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-country programmes within a SaaS, technology or Professional Services environment
- Previous experience operating at Programme Manager level, leading multiple projects, workstreams and stakeholders within a broader programme
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent programme planning, governance and RAID management experience
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and keep delivery on track
- A technical mindset with the ability to understand implementation complexity, systems and interdependencies
- Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading through influence within matrixed organisations
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex global environments
- Must be based in the UK or Ireland
