Job Summary
Lead the launch and shape of the new BA Music Psychology in Practice programme, providing strategic academic leadership to ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and student experience. Drive innovation across curriculum development, programme delivery, and student engagement while forming and growing a new music psychology faculty to roll out the course nationally. Work closely with the academic team to enhance the student experience, manage academic programmes, and foster collaboration aligned with strategic objectives and inclusive, decolonised principles. This role requires a proven academic leader with substantial experience in undergraduate-graduate teaching, assessment design, and team management. Based at ICMP UK in London, the position is part-time (0.5FTE, 18.5 hours per week) with a competitive salary. Closing date is Monday 24th August 2026.
