Job Summary
Lead the delivery of OSCAR programmes for children and young people, working directly with rangatahi, schools and community partners to ensure programmes are values-led, inspiring and engaging. Responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of youth programmes, with a focus on OSCAR, and for staff coordination and building relationships across the local area. Role requires flexibility for occasional weekends/evenings, a valid NZ driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience, and adherence to Youthtown’s safeguarding and child-protection commitments. Full-time position based in Upper Hutt, Wellington, NZ, with in-person work arrangement; benefits includeBirthday Leave, Wellbeing Leave and Employee Assistance Programme.
Required Qualifications
- full, clean New Zealand driver’s license
- minimum of 2 years of driving experience (may be gained on Restricted license)
