Programme Financial Controller

Job Summary
Hold responsibility for program accounting, including analysis and balance sheets. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans for programs while assisting in achieving financial goals through targeted analyses and recommendations. Contribute to annual planning processes by providing insight into sales, profit, and cash flow forecasts. Analyze actuals against budget, forecast, and previous year figures, acting as the point of contact for Central Finance. Prepare various reports to present financial result analyses to stakeholders, including ad hoc margin analysis and monthly closure activities. Support program management in preparing and updating business cases by challenging the business with financial insights.
Required Qualifications
- A completed HBO/University degree in Finance or similar
- 5+ years of similar experience as Business or Program Controller
- Ability to easily collaborate with other functions within the programs for gathering, challenging and summarizing key drivers of results and cash flow
- Strong analytical and financial skills, especially in management reporting
- Proactive, ability to work independently, eager to learn
- Structured, able to plan own work & set priorities
