Job Summary
Own the delivery, performance, and evolution of a business-critical SaaS loyalty platform. Provide end-to-end delivery leadership, ensure platform reliability and fitness for purpose, and manage relationships with SaaS providers and internal stakeholders. Define and own the platform roadmap, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and balance business ambition with technical sustainability. Act as the primary interface between the platform and product teams to translate business demand into deliverable platform outcomes, driving value flow and preventing bottlenecks. Lead governance, risk control, release planning, and vendor-scope management to align with internal priorities and customer outcomes. Desirable experience includes loyalty, fintech, or customer platforms and operating in product-led environments.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex SaaS or COTS platforms
- Strong experience managing third-party vendors and commercial relationships
- Experience working with customer data, transactions, or rules-based systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive delivery across multiple teams and dependencies
