Job Summary
Manage day-to-day activities for Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs programmes at on-site schools, interacting daily with children, families, and staff. Maintain structured, engaging daily activities while utilizing proficiency in technology and software. Ensure all interactions align with expert care standards to support families and achieve positive impacts. Requires a Programme Lead with team management experience, a minimum of two years working with school-aged children, a Fetac Level 5 childcare qualification, and Garda vetting. Own car required. Schedule runs Monday to Friday from 2:50 to 6:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Programme Lead must have experience in managing and leading a team
- Own car required for programme lead
- Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)
- Proficiency in technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
- Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 of equivalent
- Basic knowledge of child development
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage)
- Work Permit/ VISA essential
- At least 2 written references checks are required before starting
- Monday to Friday, From 2.50 to 6:00pm
