Job Summary
Programme Controls Lead responsible for delivering best-practice project controls across a programme including cost management, scheduling, reporting and risk management. Lead and mentor a team of Project Controls professionals; coordinate with cost, scheduling and risk functions; drive consistency in controls methodology; oversee weekly/monthly cost reporting and the Master Programme; develop cost management procedures, risk analysis, and scheduling processes; ensure alignment with programme director and stakeholders; support governance through regular project reviews and proactive process improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience (3+ in aviation), strong leadership, and expertise in cost management, scheduling, risk management, and reporting within infrastructure/construction contexts, with hybrid work options in Dublin, Ireland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent technical degree
- Minimum 15+ years’ experience, at least 3+ years within the aviation industry
- Knowledge of project financial and cost management systems
- Knowledge of risk management systems and development of corporate and project risk strategies
- Significant experience of leading, managing and organising teams within an operational service delivery area
- Strong commercial and financial awareness including monitoring and co-ordination of budget
- Experience in programme scheduling and resource integration
- Excellent project management skills with the capability to motivate teams to meet targets and timelines
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deliverables within tight timelines
