Job Summary
Lead technical assistance and implementation across six core areas: government and community systems strengthening for demand generation, adaptive innovation aligned with human-centered design, data management and analysis for holistic girl capital, capacity building and performance tracking, strategic engagement and resource alignment, and planning, budgeting, and reporting. Drive integration of demand generation within health and non-health ministries, strengthen routine data use, and build government counterpart capacity to institutionalize multi-sectoral systems. Improve equitable access to quality sexual and reproductive health, maternal and newborn care, and holistic girl capital outcomes for adolescents and young women. Requires BSc/BA in relevant fields, three years of progressive responsibility, and knowledge of national SRH strategies.
Required Qualifications
- BSc. /BA degree in Comms, Health Management, Social Sciences or related fields
- 3 years' experience in an equivalent role with progressively increasing responsibility in a fast-paced working environment
- Knowledge of national SRH and RMNCH+N strategies
- Familiarity with the northern context
- Demonstrated experience in community systems strengthening
- Skills in stakeholders' engagement
- Understanding of the Human Centred Design principles
