Job Summary
Programme Analyst – Maternal Health based in Juba, South Sudan, serving as the critical bridge between national policy and sub-national implementation. Provides technical and programmatic support to integrate Maternal Health and EmONC into development and humanitarian streams, coordinates with the MOH at central level, oversees field hubs to ensure service delivery and reporting consistency, and supports the SRHR Specialist in managing the national portfolio. Responsibilities include national strategic leadership, liaison with national SRHR Technical Working Groups, coordination across IDPs and host communities, IP management and oversight, resource mobilization and donor engagement, data-driven monitoring and evaluation, and general support. Requires advanced degree and two years of SRH/GBV programming experience, field emergency experience, and English fluency (Arabic desirable). Desirable competencies include strategic thinking, partnership development, capacity-building, and ability to deliver results under stress.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree in public health, medical sciences, sexual and reproductive health and rights, or related field
