Job Summary
Programmatic Trader (EMEA) responsible for trafficking and optimizing data-driven digital campaigns using Sonata DSP & DMP, interfacing with agencies and direct clients, managing bid strategies, and monitoring delivery to meet KPIs. You will design and implement campaigns, run A/B tests, analyze performance, and provide reporting to internal teams and partners. Requires 3+ years of programmatic/trading experience, RTB expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with advertising metrics, and English proficiency; based in Madrid with a focus on the EMEA region.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a similar position within a trading desk, publisher, advertiser adops/programmatic team
- At least 1 year of programmatic buying experience with emphasis on Real Time Bidding
- Advanced English (C1)
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of online and digital advertising metrics and KPIs
- HTML/JavaScript knowledge (bonus)
