Job Summary
Programmatic Specialist responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing display, video, mobile, and native campaigns across multiple platforms. Duties include setting up media campaigns, monitoring pacing and performance, generating monthly client reports, developing best practices for programmatic management, contributing to client presentations, and supporting new business efforts with programmatic bidding expertise. Requires 3+ years in digital campaign management, experience with Google Marketing Platform or DV360, familiarity with tracking pixels and tag management (Google Tag Manager), and strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills. Hybrid work arrangement is available (3 days in office, 2 days remote) across listed Missouri, Minnesota, and Texas locations.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in digital campaign management, programmatic bidding and social advertising experience
- Bachelor's degree; concentration in marketing, statistics, business or advertising preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform or DV360
- Familiarity with trafficking 3rd party creative tags
- Implementing tracking pixels and tag management solutions like Google Tag Manager
- Experience with direct-response and brand marketing
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi-task in a team environment with deadlines
