Job Summary
Programmatic Platforms Manager at a fully-remote AdTech company, responsible for activation and optimization of CTV programmatic demand across internal platforms and SSP/DSP integrations. Own Open Market, PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed, and Managed Service transactions; monitor pacing, delivery, and performance; perform QA and troubleshooting across campaign lifecycles; apply platform knowledge (OpenRTB, bidstream, auctions) to improve monetization; collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Demand teams; support onboarding and integration efforts; leverage ads.txt/app-ads.txt, SPO, and inventory controls to maximize revenue; require hands-on experience with SSPs/DSPs/ad servers and a strong data-driven approach to improve fill rates, win rates, and CPMs.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in Programmatic Advertising, Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or related AdTech roles
- Experience working within the programmatic ecosystem, preferably in CTV, video, streaming, publisher, SSP, DSP, exchange, or ad server environments
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising fundamentals, including OpenRTB, auctions, bid requests, targeting, and deal structures
- Hands-on experience working within SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, or programmatic activation platforms
- Experience activating, managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting programmatic campaigns and marketplace deals
- Familiarity with ads.txt, app-ads.txt, supply path optimization (SPO), identity solutions, and broader programmatic infrastructure
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and commercial teams
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to learn and expand their AdTech expertise
