Programmatic Executive

Job Summary
Programmatic Executive will support the delivery of programmatic advertising campaigns across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.), coordinating with Programmatic/Product Managers to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities include setup, trafficking, optimization, monitoring pacing and performance against client KPIs, troubleshooting tagging and creative approvals, analyzing data to improve efficiency, assisting in A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies, and collaborating with planning, performance, and data teams to integrate programmatic into wider campaigns. The role requires strong attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and a desire to grow into a programmatic specialist. Location: Beirut, Lebanon (Brand: Carat, part of dentsu).
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital campaign management
- Familiarity with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Xandr
- Understanding of ad serving, audience targeting, and data-driven optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn advanced programmatic techniques
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
