Job Summary
Programmatic Campaign and Media Manager needed to drive activation, optimization, and performance analysis of display, native, video, audio, and CTV campaigns across DSPs. Responsibilities include day-to-day campaign execution, pacing and delivery optimization, performance tracking (CTR, engagement, conversions, viewability, cost efficiency), troubleshooting delivery issues, and producing actionable insights and reports. Collaborates with Account Strategy, Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure accurate execution, optimization, and transparent communication. This fully remote role supports AdDaptive’s data/analytics solutions, translating platform insights into client strategy and ongoing improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years hands-on programmatic media trading experience
- Hands-on experience with DSP platforms and RTB environments
- Experience executing or optimizing campaigns across display, native, video, or CTV
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Experience with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Familiarity with ad servers, data providers, and programmatic ecosystem tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
