Job Summary
Manage banner ads and tags across DSPs including Adform, upload translated creatives to the ad server, and generate tracking links. QA and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure banners display correctly, monitor direct deal splits, and run A/B tests with comparative reporting. Implement HTML5 creatives, third-party ad tags, and VAST/VPAID tags while validating tracking URLs using UTM parameters and macros. Automate workflows using Claude Code for daily operations and maintain correct percentage splits. Support campaigns across EMEA, NA, and APAC regions, reporting to the Programmatic Team Lead.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years in Ad Operations, Digital Advertising or Ad Tech
- At least two years using a large DSP and ad servers
- Understanding of HTML5 creatives, third-party ad tags, JavaScript tags and VAST/VPAID tags
- Experience implementing click trackers, impression trackers and conversion tracking
- Experience creating and validating tracking URLs using UTM parameters and macros
- Familiarity with pixels, conversion tracking and tag troubleshooting
- Experience QAing creatives before launch across browsers and devices
- Able to troubleshoot issues with creatives, redirects, tracking discrepancies and delivery
- Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and building basic reports in Looker Studio
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to juggle multiple campaigns at once
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Based within 3 hours of GMT
