Job Summary
Programmatic Account Manager based in/around Bangkok (remote). Onboarding new clients, acting as primary client liaison, delivering training sessions, and conducting impact/ROI reviews to demonstrate Scibids’ value. Collaborate with the sales lead to grow existing client business and win new opportunities, while delivering proactive, first-class service and solving issues with the wider Scibids team. Ideal candidates have programmatic trading/analytics/customer success experience, familiarity with DV360/The Trade Desk and other ad platforms, strong organizational skills, a startup-ready mindset, and fluency in Thai and English.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications: Professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success/account manager team in the programmatic space; Experience with DV360 and/or The Trade Desk; familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok; detail-oriented with ability to prioritize; startup environment experience is a plus; strong written/spoken English and Thai; can-do attitude; ambition to grow with the company; advanced mathematics studies or maths major would be an asset; remote role based in or around Bangkok to travel to client meetings
