Job Summary
Programmatic Account Manager responsible for managing 30+ programmatic partners (RTB) for ExoClick in Barcelona, onboarding new partners, providing monthly reports, ensuring compliance, monitoring fraud, and improving processes. Requires 3+ years in digital advertising, Russian speaker and English proficiency, knowledge of Open RTB, SSPs/DSPs, and strong client-relations and analytical skills. Hybrid remote work in Barcelona with collaboration across compliance, security, and technical teams to optimize programmatic partnerships and revenue.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in digital advertising (media buying, advertising, publishing, affiliate marketing, programmatic)
- In-depth understanding of affiliation/adnetwork players and concepts
- Russian Speaker is a must; Fluent in English
- Knowledge of online advertising concepts, programmatic, Open RTB, Ad exchange, SSPs, DSPs
- 3+ years of account management experience
- Awareness of the Adexchange ecosystem, DSP, SSP..
- Familiarity with oRTB/XML protocols is a plus
- Proficient with Google Docs and Excel
- Strong analytical skills for identifying opportunities and drawing data-driven conclusions
- Sales expertise with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through frequent calls, conferences, and pitches
- Effective time management and task prioritisation
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective and adaptable communication skills
- Attention to detail for accurate campaign setup and monitoring
- Strong presentation skills for various audiences
