Job Summary
Programmatic Account Manager at NBCUniversal Ad Sales oversees end-to-end programmatic campaigns, builds and maintains client relationships, identifies strategic opportunities, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver performance-driven results and actionable insights. Responsible for pre-sale and post-sale activities, troubleshooting bid requests and optimization levers, communicating campaign learnings, and educating clients on NBCU ad solutions to achieve advertiser KPIs. Requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of programmatic experience at a media company or agency
- Hands on keys experience in SSPs and/or DSPs
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills; experienced presenter and negotiator
- Self-starter; ability to work very independently as well as collaboratively
- Deadline-driven and process-oriented personality
