Job Summary
Programmatic Account Manager at NBCUniversal drives partnerships with advertisers and supports the full sales cycle for programmatic campaigns. You will manage and grow client relationships, identify strategic opportunities, upsell products and services, and deliver a best-in-class partnership experience. Collaborate across Sales, Client Teams, Streaming & Data Products, Content Partnerships, Planning, Marketing, Research, and Ops to ensure campaign success, troubleshoot bid requests, optimize performance, and translate data into actionable insights. Maintain knowledge of NBCU features and ad solutions, develop audience targeting strategies aligned to KPIs, and educate clients on best practices. Requires 3+ years of programmatic experience and hands-on SSP/DSP experience; strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills; and the ability to work in a hybrid office setting. The role is designated hybrid, generally contributing from the office four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of programmatic experience at a media company or agency
- Hands on keys experience in SSPs and/or DSPs
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills; experienced presenter and negotiator
- Self-starter; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Deadline-driven and process-oriented
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills
