Programmatic Account Manager

Job Summary
Lead day-to-day programmatic display and video campaigns for key clients, manage Digital Executives, own end-to-end campaign setup including QA, budget pacing and timely delivery of campaign reports, lead weekly optimisation cycles using platform data to improve performance, ensure strong client communication and best-in-class digital activation, develop and present strategic recommendations, and support new business development. You’ll balance hands-on activation within DV360 and other DSPs with managing relationships across media partners and publishers, contributing to integrated brand and performance campaigns and developing a deep understanding of digital media strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing end-to-end programmatic activations
- Deep, hands-on experience with DV360
- Track record of collaborating with major media partners and publishers (e.g., Teads, Yahoo, Ozone, Pixability)
- Proven ability to train and develop Account Executives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous line management experience
- Highly numerate and able to set and monitor budgets across multiple campaigns
