Job Summary
Programmatic Account Manager role in London (Hybrid: 3 days in office Tue-Thu) focusing on managing programmatic operations, supporting demand-partner relationships, monitoring performance (CPMs, fill rates, revenue), and assisting with PMP/PG deal setup in GAM and other SSPs. Responsibilities include partner setup and support, performance reporting, deal/tracking in ad tech platforms, trafficking and QA for placements, creating internal documentation, and cross-team collaboration with Product and Direct Sales. Ideal candidates have experience in programmatic advertising, familiarity with platforms like GAM and SSP dashboards, strong data skills (Excel/Sheets) and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset with an interest in sports or gaming industries.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in programmatic advertising or adtech
- Experience with ad tech platforms such as Google Ad Manager, SSP dashboards (e.g. Magnite, Index, Amazon)
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; data visualization tools beneficial
- Understanding of programmatic metrics (CPM, fill rate, eCPM, demand paths)
- Ability to liaise with Product and Direct Sales
- Strong communication skills
- Eagerness to learn programmatic media and yield optimisation
