Job Summary
Drive the national implementation and scaling of the STORM prevention program for youth mental health, ensuring the approach effectively lands in practice across regions. Advise and support future STORM regions while connecting diverse stakeholders to align interests and drive progress. Facilitate a national learning network through knowledge sharing sessions and coordinate with partners on accountability and program development. Work within a non-hierarchical landscape of schools, municipalities, and care providers to translate strategy into concrete regional actions. Operate in a complex environment requiring strong stakeholder management and strategic insight to ensure sustainable anchoring of the program.
Required Qualifications
- Academisch werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met complexe samenwerkingen en implementatie- of verandertrajecten
- Ruime ervaring in het jeugdveld
- Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement in complexe, bestuurlijke omgevingen
- Sterk strategisch inzicht, gecombineerd met het vermogen om dit te vertalen naar concrete acties
- Kennis van mentale gezondheid en preventie, of je maakt je dit snel eigen
Desired Qualifications
- Een relevant netwerk binnen bijvoorbeeld onderwijs, jeugdhulp en/of de GGZ
