Job Summary
Program and optimize SMT, SPI, and AOI machine programs for production lines, including feeder setup, tape orientation, and nozzle changes. Validate programs for new PCB designs and support production runs by troubleshooting, managing changeovers, and balancing lines. Analyze placement errors and feeder issues to mitigate component wastage while collaborating with Production, Process, and Quality teams to improve yield. Maintain documentation such as setup sheets, machine parameters, and change logs. Requires a degree in electronic or industrial engineering with 3-5 years in power supply factory process engineering, proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SAP, plus fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated University degree in Electronic/Electrical, industrial engineering; Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3-5 years of experience in process engineering in Power Supply factory
- Skilled in using Excel, Word, Auto Cad, Solid works, SAP system
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Honest, careful, agile, have a high sense of responsibility , ability to work under pressure
