Job Summary
Develop and modify Rockwell CLP programs ensuring reliability, safety, and performance for industrial automation lines. Execute diagnostics, interventions, and advanced technical support on production systems including welding, sewing, injection molding, and robotic cells. Program, parameterize, and perform startup of automated equipment while integrating CLPs, robots, sensors, and safety devices. Analyze automation failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Prepare technical documentation, functional diagrams, and failure reports. Support Production and Maintenance teams to ensure rapid resolution of operational issues. Requires full technical course in Industrial Automation and solid experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley programming and maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Curso Técnico completo em Automação Industrial, Eletrotécnica, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência sólida em programação e manutenção de sistemas de automação industrial
- Conhecimento em programação de CLP Rockwell/Allen-Bradley utilizando RSLogix 500 e Studio 5000
- Conhecimento em sistemas de controle e automação industrial
- Conhecimento em IHMs e sistemas supervisórios
- Conhecimento em sensores, atuadores, inversores de frequência e servomotores
- Leitura e interpretação de diagramas elétricos e funcionais
- Conhecimento em normas NR-10, NR-12, segurança funcional e sistemas de segurança de máquinas
