Job Summary
Develop and maintain IBM BPM solutions primarily using Java, creating and maintaining associated forms and interfaces. Participate in application and service integration within the BAW ecosystem while collaborating on the development cycle following DevOps practices. Utilize Git, Jira, and automated deployments, with valuable experience in frontend technologies, banking projects, and agile methodologies. This role supports the company's strategic Hiperespacio 2029 plan to accelerate digital transformation for clients, requiring 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in the development of BPM solutions from IBM
- Experience in BAW (Business Automation Workflow) environments
- Development mainly with Java
- Creation and maintenance of forms and interfaces associated with BPM processes
- Participation in the integration of applications and services within the BAW ecosystem
- Collaboration in the development cycle following DevOps practices
- Utilization of Git
- Utilization of Jira
- Participation in automatic deployments
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Previous experience in projects in the banking sector
- Experience working with agile methodologies and DevOps environments
