Program & Transformation Lead

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end transformation programs for GBS including strategy, process re-engineering, automation enablement, and change management. Drive global operating model design, governance, and benefits realization; establish KPIs and SLAs; partner with IT, Digital, and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure technology-enabled solutions. Coach and mentor CI practitioners, build a culture of continuous improvement, and influence senior leaders across regions. Demonstrate strategic thinking, executive communication, and data-driven decision-making to realize cost, productivity, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or equivalent preferred
- 8–15+ years of experience in GBS, Shared Services, Consulting, or Transformation roles
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt
- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe
- RPA or Digital Transformation certifications
- Experience working across cultures and global locations
- Strong exposure to process excellence, digital transformation, and operating model redesign
