Job Summary
Facilitate Perpay onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and tenured staff, ensuring every lesson directly reinforces QA scorecards, compliance standards, and operational KPI benchmarks. Continuously review and update training materials by analyzing agent performance trends, graduation rates, and QA evaluations to address skill gaps and delivery setbacks. Serve as a central communication hub, providing actionable insights and innovative learning strategies to Training and Operations leadership while maintaining meticulous records of floor performance. Maintain a reliable physical presence at the Belize City location to foster team synergy and support learners in real-time.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 months of hands-on experience working within the Core vertical
- Strong operational grasp of processes and expectations within the Core vertical
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics
- Creativity to think outside the box for improving training delivery and agent outcomes
- Deep understanding of quality benchmarks and operational targets
- Ability to tie classroom learning directly to quality standards and floor performance metrics
- High degree of coachability
- Ability to actively seek out constructive feedback
- Ability to accept feedback gracefully
- Ability to rapidly apply feedback to elevate personal facilitation and training material effectiveness
- Ability to deliver high-impact presentations and training sessions
