Program Therapist

Conduct therapeutic services for adolescents ages 10-18 utilizing group, individual, and family sessions within an intensive outpatient environment. Ensure accurate completion of psychosocial assessments, group psychotherapy notes, and treatment plans while documenting all services in compliance with regulations. Participate in treatment team meetings with the medical director and contribute to outcome studies timelines. Develop appropriate discharge plans for each patient and demonstrate understanding of adolescent case management and evidence-based practices. Present the Embrace U program to the community as directed by the administrator and maintain a cohesive team environment focused on quality patient care.
