Job Summary
Provide individual, group and family therapy to youth in school/community/home settings; conduct assessments and develop treatment plans; engage with parent/caregiver; deliver in-person and telehealth services; crisis intervention; complete clinical documentation meeting PQI standards; collaborate with treatment teams, schools, and community agencies; maintain knowledge of Montana Medicaid and licensure rules; participate in supervision and meetings; promote values of Faith, Integrity, Relationship, and Stewardship; require Montana state-approved licensure and credentials; must be 21+ and pass background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar field of study
- Professional License (SWLC/PCLC/MFLC or LCSW/MFLT)
- License to operate a passenger vehicle
- Criminal / Child Abuse Clearance: pass background check as required by the State of Montana
- 21 years old or older
- Education: Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar field of study from an accredited university
- Licensing: Current Montana SWLC, or PCLC, or MFLC / LCSW, or PCLC, or MFLT
- Criminal background check clearance
